OK Chris I'm going to be brutally honest with you............ this card is fab. I love the way you've rolled the paper around the wreath. I would never have used black in such quantity on a Christmas card, but you have inspired me to be brave and try it, as I think it is stunning. x

i thought i didn't do distressing either, but since trying it i love the effect. I really love your card and what a fab idea. i would never have thought to tear the paper inside a circle, but the effect you have achieved is fabulous. It was as if you at SSAL knew what i was playing with… I have just finally finished off a book I have been making to store my nesties in. the pages are all different but the covers are distressed. as soon as i get some photos i will upload to my blog and enter the challenge.
have a great week…. Hugs rozzy xx
PS hubby is playing on the village green this sunday if you fancy popping down. we are praying for good weather. there's a Jazz band, silver band and some rock n roll etc etc by hubby :)

Hi Chris

What a super fantastic make .. .. I love it!! I can't believe you are not happy with it.

Perhaps you thought about it for too long before you started and then spent a long time making it .. that sometimes puts me off my creations.

Great colours and distressing and so many interesting little touches. The centre looks awesome.

I hope it grows on you once you realise how lovely it is.

Love Jules xx
